She helps me with everything related to my personal care, and her RN supervisor who monitors my care treats me and my wife with respect and dignity. The staff has been at our side, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The nurse monitor collaborated with me to support my mother and the family when they were feeling apprehensive about having people come to the house.
I have been inspired by their display of professionalism, hard work, and the act of kindness, even when some family members did not treat their staff well.
